Return Policy

Barbadeli.gr provides you with the possibility of returning your order within 14 calendar days with FREE shipping of the first return of your order or part of it, regardless of the amount of your order and the payment method you have chosen. FREE return only covers shipments within Greece.
ATTENTION: The returned products must be in the condition sent by barbadeli.gr and received by the customer, complete and without damage. Their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product in excellent condition (without removing the labels) and with all the shipping documents (eg Shipping Receipt, Retail Receipt, etc.). Returns that do not meet the above conditions are NOT accepted and are returned to the customer.
Shoes should be tested on a clean floor or carpet, as the sole must not be soiled in order for the return to be accepted. The shoe box should also be adequately protected on return so that it is not damaged.

COST OF RETURNS
The first return is FREE, for shipments within Greece using the partner company Courier!
The cost of the new shipment is € 2.50.
In case of a second return that concerns the same order, the costs for the return and receipt of the order should be covered by the customer.

1. Contact us! Contact us by email at info@barbadeli.gr, stating your name and order number, as well as the reason why you wish to return the product. Alternatively you can inform us by phone at 2321600827.
2. Contact Speedex Call 801 11000 11 to inform Speedex to pick up the product from the address you indicate at no charge to you. Alternatively you can deliver it to any Speedex store.
